Mr. John Saunders
as Executive Director of EUFAMI
The President of EUFAMI, Miia Männikkö, commented “EUFAMI is delighted to announce the appointment of the Executive Director, John Saunders. John has significant of experience and skills in the field of mental health and family work. We strongly believe that his appointment supports EUFAMI in its strategic goals of advocacy, membership support and research”
John Saunders said, “I am honored to have the opportunity to serve and advocate on behalf of families in the European context and I look forward to working with the Board members of EUFAMI and its national family organizations.”
John is the outgoing Chief Executive Officer of Shine, Supporting People Affected by Mental Ill Health. Shine is an Irish National Non-Governmental organization working with family members and people with self-experience. Shine is a founding member of EUFAMI
