Help explore the link between money problems and mental health

The new charity Mental Health UK is carrying out a study to explore the link between money problems and mental ill health and is looking for volunteers to share their story.

EUFAMI members  Rethink Mental Illness, MindWise and Hafal are taking part in the initiative  to help understand the current issues in this area.  The aim is to create a pioneering Mental Health and Money Advice Service, which will offer support for people experiencing both mental health and money difficulties.

If you are in the UK and have experienced mental ill health and money problems yourself, or through a close family member or partner, and would like to talk about it to raise awareness you could become a media volunteer.

Further details can be found here. Please  contact our colleagues at Rethink Mental Illness to take part: media@rethink.org
